How do I grow my business?

A lot of people contact us because they are having problems getting more customers. They have capacity, but not enough sales.

Of course there is no simple answer to this. If it was simple, we would all be doing it!

So the first point is to recognise that you are not the only one experiencing such problems….it is normal. There is nothing wrong with you.

The second point is that mentors will not give you the answer. If you need an answer, go find an advisor. Instead a mentor will allow you to talk about your enterprise. In doing so we will help you understand why this business is so important to you. What motivates you to get up in the morning and pursue this line of business when often a job would be so much easier? We will also find out who you like working with, and how you build relationships with others, just by giving the right prompts and giving you the space to talk, without interruption, without judgement, and in complete confidence.

As anxieties ebb away often, but there is no guarantee, the answers needed will present themselves. At least we hope you will discover a way forward – the next step.

And the final point is that you will have done this yourself. Mentors do not make decisions for you, instead we allow you the space to work out your own solutions.

In this way the independence that you have sought in starting your own business is not taken away by the mentoring process.
